  • Plain Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or mailers with no external markings indicating the contents.

  • Discreet Sender: The sender name on your shipping label will appear as "Amora Commerce Inc." for maximum confidentiality.

  • Tamper-Evident: We ensure your package is securely sealed from our facility to your doorstep.

2. PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

  • Quick Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Inventory Logic: We prioritize shipping from our U.S. warehouse. In the event that an item is out of stock locally, your order will be shipped directly from our Global Production Center to ensure you receive your products without unnecessary delay.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Final shipping costs and available destinations will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

United States

  • Orders over $89: FREE Shipping

  • Orders under $89: $7.99 Flat Rate

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days when shipped from our U.S. warehouse, or 7–15 business days when fulfilled from our Global Production Center.

  • Note: We currently do not ship to U.S. Territories, Island possessions, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Asia & Oceania

(Including Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and select neighboring regions)

  • Orders over $99: FREE Shipping

  • Orders under $99: $7.99 Flat Rate

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days.

Europe, Canada & International

(Including UK, Canada, Mexico, and major EU nations such as Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.)

  • Orders over $119: FREE Shipping

  • Orders under $119: $9.99 Flat Rate

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

To ensure reliable and secure delivery, we partner with world-class carriers including: UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics (FBA), and DHL.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

  • International Shipments: For orders shipped outside the U.S., your package may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes.

  • Recipient Responsibility: These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that adult wellness products can be legally imported into your destination country.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping info. EINSEO is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Missing Orders: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Claims must be filed within 7 business days of the marked delivery date.

  • Third-Party Forwarders: Our liability ends once the package is delivered to the address provided. We do not offer replacements for items lost or damaged through third-party parcel forwarding services.
