1. Warranty Duration

EINSEO products carry a one-year warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to defects caused by manufacturing errors or functional malfunctions and excludes damages resulting from misuse or intentional acts. Particular attention must be accorded to this product's charging port, which requires deliberate insertion.

2. Scope of Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, support is provided for products exhibiting:

● Excessive operational noise

● Power supply or charging irregularities

● Non-functional upon receipt (Dead on Arrival)

● Inoperability or failure to activate

● Material defects or mechanical defects

● Cessation of function following standard usageRemedial actions, determined by order date and product assessment, include:

Replacement of defective components where applicable;

Full product reshipment if warranted;

Monetary refund when repair/replacement proves impracticable;

Product exchange subject to availability and circumstance.

3. Customer Cooperation Protocol

To process warranty claims efficiently, customers are required to provide visual evidence (photos or videos) showing the defect, so that EINSEO can determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Quality Related Concerns

Dissatisfaction pertaining to design attributes, functional parameters, or performance outcomes (unrelated to quality) should be directed to our after-sales team. Solutions will be formulated through case-specific evaluation.

5. Post-Warranty Assistance

Products beyond the one-year warranty period remain eligible for technical consultation. EINSEO will evaluate such cases and render appropriate support contingent upon situational analysis.
